And Will Not Contact Thinking It May Be Disturbing...

As Time Passes

Both Will Think Let The Other Contact

After That each Will Think Why I Should Contact First?

Here Your Love Will Be Converted To Hate

Finally Without Contact The Memory Becomes Weak

They Forget Each Other.

So Keep In Touch With All And Pass This TO All Your Friends...

I Don’t Want To be One Of This Kind.

So Here I Am sending message that I Miss you

Mumbai terror attacks

Mumbai terror attacks effects on every Indian life because most people died in this attack. It has made a huge impact on my thinking. I left the home in the dilemma as to settle in life but this incident shook my mind. I am feeling insecure in my place. I miss my family members. Sometimes I want to go back to them but my decision and commitment came in front of me.

No religion teaches us to kill people for religion, I strongly believe that God is one, yes HIS names are different. Some people call HIM Bhagwan, some Allah, Some Vahe Guru and Some God. But HE is only one, God has not created any name for HIMSELF, HE has created world and we people are destroying it by saying God wants that, HE wants Jehad. Terriosts have not religion, I believe, they are doing all these kind of things for sake of money and they also want to rule all over the world. If they are saying they are doing all these things for their religion they are saying absolutely lie. This Attack has shown their cruelty, they had not seen whether they are killing to young one, old one, they had just attacked. I reminded an old song, “lahoo ka rang ek hai amir kya garib kya.” Replace amir and garib with Hindu and Muslim , Sikh respectively.

Wake up all Indian wakes up and stand together for fighting against the terrorism.

Gurbani gives us peace of mind. Everything or every relation dies after some time. Only HIS name is truth. HE is really our protector and gives us power to walk in life. Try to follow Gurbani for peace in life.

Why every time our Indian Government blames Muslims or Sikhs for terrorism. We are Indian first nor Hindu, Muslim or Sikh. The truth is this when such type of incidents happen we all are victims of terrorism. WE ALL ARE GOOD HUMAN BEINGS AND WE HAVE TO FIGHT AGAINST TERRROR Let us hope everything returns to normal soon.

I believe ...

I believe that life is there to enjoy.

I believe crushes are there to crush hearts.

I believe you should give people chances.

I believe you should treat people the same because you never know what they will do for you in the future.

I believe that good things will come to people who work hard.

I believe great things come to people who never give up .

I believe silence will teach you something if you listen hard.

I believe that the heart leads you in the right direction if you follow it.

I believe friends are needed no matter who you are.

I believe family should stick by your side.

I believe God will help you if you believe in HIM and trust HIM.

I believe sleep calms the soul.

I believe the heart and soul are more important than looks.

I believe trust helps the world go round.

I believe love brings great things.

I believe kids could teach adults a lot if adults would just listen.

I believe pets are great because they listen and love you no matter what you look like.

I believe you should always chase your dreams.

I believe hope is something everyone needs.

I believe you need to make time for fun.

I believe music soothes the soul.

I believe that money cannot buy happiness.

I believe books can take you anywhere.

I believe jokes have to be there to keep people sane.

I believe people are special the way they are.

I believe that true friends will last a lifetime.

I believe that enjoying what you do will help you enjoy life more.

I believe parents are more important than you think.

I believe being loved and loving are two totally different things.

I believe that you have to love yourself before you can love others.

I believe records are made to be broken.

I believe brothers and sisters are made to teach.

I believe that being popular is not the key to life.

I believe a simple smile can make anybody's day better.

I still see your face in my dreams

I still see your face in my dreams
It hurts and it doesn't help at all
I still want you in my life as crazy as that seems
I want you to catch me when I fall

I still remember the first time we met
There was something so different about you
Your friendship was something I wanted to get
That smile when you said Hello to me was so new

Out of no where you called me on the phone
I wanted to sit there and talk to you forever
You were so new, so crazy and unknown
I just knew that our friendship would never sever

Two years and we are barely holding it together
What happened to the way this all used to be
I never wanted you out of my like ever
I sat there for a long time pretending not to see

We decided to go out and make it all right
It didn't work out of course we knew it couldn't
We couldn't even really stand each others sight
It shouldn't end this way but it did and I shouldn't
I miss you and everything you were to me

PIYAAR AUR DOSTI

Mile Pyaar aur Dosti Ek Raah Par
Baatein Karte hue ja Rahe the.

Kya Hota hai unke naam ka Matlab
Ek Dusre ko Samjha Rahe The

Pyaar ne Kaha hum do dilo ko Milate Hai
Unke Dilo ke Armano ko Jagate Hai
Jab aa Jati hai Unke Rishto mein Gehraia
Hum Unke Gharo ko Basate Hai

Shayad Dunia me Isilie Pyar hi Pyar hai
Aur Logo ko bus Pyar Par hi Aitbar hai

Dosti ne Kaha Tumhari in Baaton se Mujhe Inkaar hai
Duniya me Pyar ka Matlab hi Bekar hai
Agar Pyaar hi Sab Kuch hai to tum kyo Tanha ho
Gire na kisi ke pyar me Aansu Aisa koi Lamha ho
Dosti me Tum Itna Dard de Jaate ho
Logo ki Zindagi Bekaar Kar Jaate ho

Pyaar ne Kaha ye Sab Bakwas hai
Itna Mujhko Kos Rahe ho Aakhir Tumme Kya Khaas hai

Dosti ne Kaha hum un Dilon par Muskan Laate Hai
Jinki Aankhon me Aap Aansu de Jaate Hai
Badal Sakte Dosti se Saari Dunia hum
Udda Sakte Hai Logo ke Chehro se Gham
Pyar bhi Dosti ka hi ek Naam hai
Lekin Dosti me Pyar Nibhana Dosto ka Kaam hai.

So, "Never Express or Fall in Love with any one....
Lonliness and Friendship is better for lifetime instead of having 4 days of happiness"

Love life-Life is precious

Life is precious
don't let it slip away,
Open your heart to others
give of yourself each day.

See the Beauty in everyone
regardless of where they are from.
Some have a difficult journey
and really need someone.

Share your talents
and listen with your heart.
Do all the things you dream about
but haven't had time to start.

Pick a bouquet of flowers
Show someone that you care,
Be gracious and forgiving
Life is never fair.

Hold on to your courage
you may need it down the road,
We all have a cross to bear
it could be a heavy load.

If you practice all these things
no matter where you roam,
You may find both sun and rain
but you'll never feel alone...

Life is so incomplete without you

When you're not here to share my days and nights
My life is so incomplete
For you are my heart, my soul
The 'oneness' I had known to seek

Without you I merely exist from day to day
With you I know that I will find
All that I have been searching for
My completeness, my eternal peace of mind

You are the keeper of my dreams
The man who holds my heart in his hands
The one I want to spend my life with
The one with whom I will always stand

Stand beside through thick and thin
Through all that life will throw our way
Knowing that this special love we share
Will guide us, each and every day

This journey was started long ago
Before this time and place
The journey of completeness
As two hearts and souls embrace

Forever is what I want with you
For the search is at an end
Our hearts have found each other
As lovers, as soul-mates, as friends.

Alone

So alone in my bed
Alone listening to nightly whispers
Alone in my thoughts
Alone standing in court
Alone I stand and fight
Alone I pray for rainbow lights

Alone in the morning I awake
Alone I celebrate my joys
Alone I cry out my sadness
Alone I voice out my fears
Alone in strength

Alone in wealth
Alone in good health
Alone I try to understand
Alone I seek knowledge
Alone I share what is mine
Alone I try not to be alone
Alone when my time has come, I pass away…

SOME WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE SYTLE

No matter how perfect you may think you are, the fact this there's always some small way you can improve upon yourself. Whether it's broadening your knowledge or reducing your impact on the earth, there are seemingly endless little things you can do to make a change for the better. Here, we'll discuss 100 of these steps, and how you can go about doing them.

Health

Good health is the foundation of a good life, so make these improvements, and they'll resonate out to the rest of your life.

Eat breakfast every morning: Eating breakfast is important for your health and mental power, supplying essential vitamins, minerals, and energy for your day.

Get a good night's rest: You just can't have a happy and productive life if you're tired all of the time, so get some quality shut eye.

Drink water: Step up your water intake to lose weight, feel better, and improve your skin.

Eat slowly: Slow down when you eat, and you'll find that you consume less while still feeling satisfied.

Cut down on junk food: Junk food has a nasty way of bringing your health down, so avoid it whenever possible, and opting instead for healthy food like fresh fruits and vegetables.

Practice good dental hygiene: Researchers have found that dental hygiene is important for more than cosmetic reasons-it can help you chew food and even avoid heart disease.

Drink tea: Be sure to check out the powerhouse of benefits that tea can deliver, which includes improved memory and prevention of ills such as cavities, cancer, and heart disease.

Get some exercise: Whether you need to lose weight or not, exercise will have a positive effect on your overall health and quality of life.

Improve your energy: If you're feeling sluggish all day, chances are you're just not going to feel good about yourself. So take a few steps to boost your energy, and you'll be better in your daily life.

Intensify your workouts: Researchers have found that by doing more intense workouts, you can enjoy similar benefits that you would with a more relaxed workout for a longer period of time.

Enjoy fish a few times a week: Eat fish, and you'll get a serving of Omega-3 fatty acids, which can help reduce heart disease.

Wear better shoes: Don't torture your toes with restrictive shoes all the time-limit the amount of time you spend in uncomfortable shoes.

Protect your skin: Stay out of the sun to avoid skin damage, or use sunblock to help.

Eat at home: It's easier and cheaper to prepare healthy foods on your own at home, and skillfully cooking a meal is sure to impress just about anyone.

Get tested for pre diabetes: Diabetes is a disease that many Americans are susceptible to, and by discovering it early on you can prevent it or lessen its impact.

Take a daily walk: Get a little bit of movement and clear your mind with a walk every day.

Lose weight: One of the best things you can do for your health and overall quality of life is to shed a few pounds.

Social

Take these steps to change your social life for the better.

Join a book club: Get some social interaction while improving your knowledge with a book club.

Get out of the house: Believe it or not, the world just isn't going to come to you. You've got to get out of your "zone" for social interaction.

Volunteer: For a rewarding social experience, look into volunteer opportunities.

Ignore minor irritations: Whether it's some jerk in traffic, or incessant Facebook application requests, some things just aren't worth dealing with.

Start a blog: Spark an online discussion and network with new people through a blog..

Talk to strangers: Don't hesitate to spark a conversation with someone you don't know-you just might enjoy yourself, or even make a new friend.

Don't stereotype or label people: Avoid dismissing people based on factors you don't fully understand, and you may find that they have something to offer you.

Call old friends: You'd be surprised how many people would be overjoyed to hear from you, especially if it's been a while since you've seen them.

Go to Pray: Make new friends and get in touch with your spiritual side at temple.

Host a party: Spend some time with good friends and enjoy yourself at home by inviting others over for a party.

Enjoy a hobby: Having a regular, relaxing activity will bring you joy.

Join a club: Whether you're into board games or photography, there's a group out there for you.

Emotional

Improve your emotional life with these simple strategies.

Make an effort to be happy: Whether you actually feel happy or not, make it a point to attempt happiness. It will help you feel better, as well as others around you.

Consider religion: If you're not a spiritual person, consider becoming more involved with religion to improve your emotional well-being.

Stop taking things personally: Although it may seem to the contrary, know that not everyone is out to make your life harder.

Be optimistic: Put a positive spin on things and feel better about the future.

Know when to lose sleep: Sometimes, you have more important things to do than sleep, but they key knows when that should happen.

Step out of your comfort zone: Make it a point to step out of your comfort zone once in awhile. It's a great way to advance yourself.

Get rid of ill-fitting clothing: Clothes that don't fit right will just make you look bad and feel worse about yourself. If you love a piece, but it just doesn't look good, consider getting it tailored.

Spend time with a child: Look at the world through a child's eyes and get inspired. You'll learn to appreciate simple things and see life with excitement.

Pamper yourself: Take care of yourself, whether that means getting a pint of ice cream now and then, or just getting a spa treatment.

Celebrate your successes: When you've accomplished something great, take a moment to feel good about it!

Quit your technology addiction: Although you may love your BlackBerry, you'll feel a whole lot better if you just step away from the screen for a while.

Set goals: By setting goals, you'll give yourself something to strive for and look forward to.

Feel good about yourself: Make a decision to improve your self-confidence, and you'll feel better. Others will notice it, too.

Be thankful: Every now and then, take some time to acknowledge all of the good things you have in your life, big and small.

Cut yourself some slack: Avoid inventing your own impossible, stringent rules that you have to stick to-they'll only make you feel nervous and guilty.

Let go of the past: Don't hold grudges-let go, and you'll free up emotional space.

Don't be dramatic: Stop inflating small problems, or you'll make yourself more anxious than you need to be.

Express yourself: Let your emotions come out through art, writing, or other forms of expression.

Meditate: Take some time out every day to have an inner dialogue with yourself.

Financial

Make these changes to improve your life's financial outlook.

Pay off debt: Nothing will improve your finances better than simply getting rid of debt.

Build an emergency fund: Keep an emergency fund to save yourself from plummeting into the red when something pops up, and you'll be much more secure.

Track your spending: At some point in their lives, nearly everyone has wondered where all their money goes. Try this exercise to finally get to the bottom of it, and identify spots where your money could be better spent.
