After just 60 years of independence India is in a verge of claiming the Veto as we have positioned towards space and pretty soon to mars. One of the most ancient cultures still remains preserved in spite of so many backlogs.


I had been to so many places all over the world the richest culture I have pride to announce is Indian culture no matter you may be from any community caste creed doesn’t make difference. The culture is we take care of our parents, neighbors, we worry for helpless needy people, we donate blood for no cost, we plan future for our kids which I seldom found in western nations who claim to be 3G.


When we compare the standard of our education with the foreign we are much superior in all aspects that’s one of the reasons our professionals are found in NASA, we have the best doctors and we have Indians in each and every RD establishments (Research & Development) all over the world. Indian minds were compared in many cases with Jews indeed they are sharp but we were accepted as constructive minds we rarely think of hurting others in comparison with Jews.

Now the point how far we going to dominate this world with our efficient constructive mind whether in case of soft ware a merchandise à productivity a RD it all depends upon what we give to our next generation here after. If we show them how we can destroy other community, province & caste obviously this nation will go to docks and no one lives amongst us to even take the blame.


Instead if we try to show them hey our parents taught us to be more humble and respectful to others irrespective of their beliefs and culture or language then u would definitely gonna take this nation to the peak of its accomplishment.


This is just like ball is in your court you play it the best or make it the worst. Therefore we all will remain responsible for every single act we do every single statement we forward every single justification we give to our deeds and finally every single leader we choose now the choice is ours we can learn many things from past.


If we choose an extremist as a leader he brings us more foes than friends. If we choose a responsible & sensible & educated person to lead this mighty nation then you have done your job and no generation can blame you and this mighty nation will remain strong united and prosperous compared to any other country on this planet.


Still it’s not too late. There is a saying better late than never. What you guys/gals say???
Shall we join our hands and build up this nation or destroy this ancient country which had been an icon as a largest democracy in the world.

So friends lets save some money from the crackers we burn for the needy who haven’t seen joy for years.

Lets save some money from the lavish expenditure we do in the festival for the poor who can’t celebrate as they have not even food to eat.

Lets save little money from the expensive gifts we exchange amongst our friend for the helpless people of the society.

CONCENTRATION OF LOVE IN PICTURES

Every culture has many love stories whether it's Romeo and Juliet, Heer and Ranjha, Mirza and Sahiba, or Antony and Cleopatra. Through these stories love is portrayed as inevitable but yet often ending in painful situations. Though lovers fall in love they aren't always fortunate enough to stay together. Many legendary lovers are praised because of their commitment towards each other or their blind-eyed trust which is very hard to achieve in today's world. Though we ourselves might want to be remembered as "Shahjahan who built Taj Mahal for his wife," we make no effort to show the same dedication as Shah Jahan has for his beloved wife. Often these paintings of lovers are inspiration of us to have trust and faith in out love so we can also become an ideal couple for others.
This picture is a beautiful portrait of two lovers, Reshma and Shera. Just like many other love stories, these two young people were madly in love but yet the circumstances and time compelled both to keep their love a secret and live a life of misery without each other. When their families, who were in the midst of a violent feudal conflict, found out about their relationship the situation for both of these star-crossed lovers got even worse. Shera committed suicide and leaving Reshma behind with nothing to live for, therefore she had no choice but to follow in the footsteps of Shera to be together at least after they die. Though they both didn't get married and lived happily ever after, they still managed to demonstrate the strength and commitment a relationship needs to last.
Furthermore, this picture seems like a dreamy scene because of the clouds in the back and the colors. First of all, the focal point of the picture is the two lovers with their eyes closed and deeply immersed in each other's eyes. Emphasis is added to Reshma's figure using color, shades, and minor details. In photography we were taught that if something is placed on any of the rule of thirds lines, the picture turns out much better. In this case, Reshma's head is on the upper rule of thirds line drawing more attention to her, which creates a path of vision to the rest of her body and to Shera. Their clothes create a contrast with the rest of the picture. While the colors in the back are very dull and warm, their clothes are vibrant in color but still calm enough to still belong to the scene. Also the picture is well balanced and over crowded. On the left side are treasure chest, sword, and some sticks, which balances out with the little stones and the camel on the right side. What makes this picture more appealing is that the viewer can almost feel the love these two lovers share through their facial expressions. They both seem like they have gotten what they wanted, found their inner peace, and wish time would freeze for them.
The second picture, Beauty Awaiting her Shepherd Lover, is also a picture of two lovers waiting to unite. The woman is daydreaming about her husband coming back to see her. Often, in India after women get married, their husbands leave to other cities and towns to make money. The couple might not even get to spend any time together after their marriage before the husband has to find work. I have grown up watching many ladies in villages waiting for their husbands to return from other cities, long trips in search or work, or from other countries. Even though I couldn't find the history behind this picture, I was still able to analyze the picture historically because of my knowledge about the Indian culture. She is wearing a red bindi ("A decorative mark worn in the middle of the forehead by Indian women,") which means that she is married and the fact that his turban is also red means that they must have gotten married recently.
The viewers' attention is caught through the use of neutral colors and balance. This picture is unevenly scaled because her face is much bigger on canvas compared to her husbands' body. The black and white picture of her balances out with his picture in color because of the size differences. I would say that the focal point of this picture is definitely the woman's face because it is so well defined. She is drawn as the perfect model of a typical village wife, bold and beautiful but yet well cultured. The fact that her side of the picture is black and white adds emphasis on detail on her face. Her simplicity speaks more than any other colors could have spoken. Moreover, the only thing on her face that is in color is her red bindi, which is a symbol of marriage. If she hadn't had the bindi in color, viewers might have not been able to find out that they are married. The man on the horse creates a contrast with the background as well because the space around him is very light. Emphasis is added onto his red turban because there is clear white space around it. Also the lines draw attention to the man on the horse to show that he is traveling and also create a path of focus that leads up to him.
Though the main theme for both pictures is love, the meaning is defined in different ways. Both couples can't be labeled with, "And they lived happily ever after," because looking at the pictures and their interpretations it's easy to assume that life was not that easy for them. Reshma and Shera , just like the other couple in the second picture, are waiting to be together with each other. Both pictures represent the Indian culture very will in that they both include Indian elements, such as clothes, jewelry, facial features, and other objects. The phrase, longing for love, can be used to describe both pictures. Some have the patience to wait for their lover and others don't. But in both of these pictures we see the dedication and sincerity in both men and women towards each other. Even though the females in both pictures are very beautiful, they still don't take pride in their beauty and consider their lovers to be less than them. Both pictures show the obstacles of love and that only some are fortunate enough to attain it in life and others are given a chance to attain it in their afterlife.
Though both pictures look like dreamy scenes, the first picture represents their togetherness and affection while the second symbolizes commitment and yearning. The color schemes of both pictures are very different but yet both prove to show their point to the viewers efficiently. They say that the most beautiful things are not seen but are rather felt by the heart, which might be why both of them have their eyes closed. But this might not be fully true because in the second picture the woman is imagining a very beautiful thing but with her eyes open. Whether their eyes are open or closed makes a very big difference. The viewer might not get the feeling of affection and immersion in love if the lovers in the first painting had their eyes open. Also, in the second painting the eyes are a very strong symbol for hope because she is looking straight at what she is determined and destined to receive sooner or later. If her eyes had been closed, she might not have seemed as committed or strong in her desires. Also the focal points are very different in both pictures as well the paths of vision. In the first picture the focus is on both lovers together, but in the second the focal point is only the woman. The path of the first painting leads from the lovers' heads to their feet, while in the second one the path of vision travels from the woman to the man and then back to the woman.

COMMON CALCULATION TO KNOW & TAX STRUCTURE

Managing money can involve calculations to understand the worth of an investment. To arrive at a result, calculations can be done in a different way or by using a different formula. Even the same formula can be used differently to arrive at a certain result. Here are a few commonly used money management formulas. Use an excel sheet to do these.

COMPOUND INTEREST: I want to take a loan of Rs 1 lakh to buy a used car. How much will the car cost me at an annual interest rate of 8 per cent for four years?
The compound interest formula can be used here to calculate the final cost, which would include the loan amount and the interest paid. The amount that is actually paid for Rs 1 lakh is Rs 1,36,048.90. The total amount of interest charged for borrowing Rs 1 lakh is Rs 36,048.90.
Formula: Future value = P(1 + R)^N
Type in: =100000(1+8% )^4 and hit enter. P: amount borrowed; R: rate of interest; N: time in years.
Also used for: Calculating the maturity value on lumpsum investment (bank fixed deposits and National Savings Certificate, for example) over a fixed period at a certain rate of interest.

COMPOUND ANNUALISED GROWTH RATE : I had invested Rs 1 lakh in a mutual fund five years back at an NAV of Rs 20. Now the NAV is Rs 70. How should I calculate my returns on an annual basis?
Compound annualised growth rate (CAGR) will be used here to calculate the growth over a period of time. The gain of Rs 50 over five years on the initial NAV of Rs 20 is a simple return of 250 per cent (50/20 * 100). However, it should not be construed as 50 per cent average return over five years.
Formula: CAGR = {[(M/I)^(1/N) ] – 1} * 100
Type in: =(((70/20)^( 1/5))-1)* 100 and hit enter. M: maturity value; I: initial value; N: time in years. CAGR here is 28.47%. Also used for: Calculating the annualised returns on a lumpsum investment in shares.

INTERNAL RATE OF RETURN : I paid Rs 18,572 every year on a money back insurance policy bought 20 years back. Every fifth year, I received Rs 40,000 back and Rs 4.5 lakh on maturity. What was my rate of return?
The internal rate of return (IRR) has to be calculated here. It is the interest rate accrued on an investment that has outflows and inflows at the same regular periods.
In the excel page type Rs 18,572 as a negative figure (-18572), as it is an outflow, in the first cell. Paste the same figure till the twentieth cell. Then, as every fifth year has an inflow of Rs 40,000, type in Rs 21,428 (40,000-18,572) in every fifth cell. In the twentieth cell, type in –18572. In the twenty first cell, type in Rs 4,50,000, which is the maturity value of the policy.
Then click on the cell below it and type: = IRR(A1:A21) and hit enter.

PRE-TAX YIELD : My brother says that the investment in public provident fund (PPF), which gives 8 per cent, is the best. Isn’t 8 per cent a low rate of return?
An investment’s pre-tax yield tells us if its return is high or low. The return on PPF (8 per cent) is tax-free. Also, this has to compared with returns of a taxable income to estimate its worth. For someone paying a tax of 30.9 per cent, the pre-tax yield in PPF is 11.57 per cent. At present, there is no fixed, safe and assured-return option that has 11.57 per cent return and a post-tax return comparable to PPF’s 8 per cent.

INFLATION: My family’s monthly expense is Rs 50,000. At an inflation rate of 5 per cent, how much will I need 20 years hence with the same expenses?
The required amount can be calculated using the standard future value formula. Inflation means that over a period of time, you need more money to fund the same expense.
Formula: Required amt.=Present amt. *(1+inflation) ^no. of years
Type in: =50000*(1+5% or .05)^20 and hit enter. You will get Rs 1,32,664 as the answer, which is the required amount.

PURCHASING POWER: My family’s monthly expense is Rs 50,000. At an inflation rate of 5 per cent, how much will be the purchasing value of that amount after 20 years?
Inflation increases the amount you need to spend to fetch the same article and in a way reduces the purchasing power of the rupee. Here, Rs 50,000 after 20 years at an inflation of 5 per cent will be able to buy goods worth Rs 18,844 only.
Formula: Reduced amt.= Present amt. / (1 + inflation) ^no. of yrs Type in: =50000/(1+5% )^20 and hit enter. You will get Rs 18,844, which is the reduced amount.

REAL RATE OF RETURN: My father wants to make a one-year bank FD at 9 per cent. On maturity, he says, the capital will be preserved and he would get assured return on it.
It is true that fixed deposit is safe and gives assured returns. However, after adjusting for inflation, the real rate of return can be negative.
Formula: Real rate of return=[(1+ROR) /(1+i)-1] *100
Type in: =((1+9%)/(1+ 11%)-1)*100 and hit enter. -1.8% is the real rate of return.

COMMON MISTAKES

All of us make little health mistakes that cause damage to our bodies in the long run - simply because we are unaware we are doing something wrong. Here are some of the most common mistakes made by many of us.

Crossing our legs : Do you cross your legs at your knees when sitting? Although we may believe that this is the lady-like elegant way to sit, sitting this way cuts down circulation to your legs. If you don’t want varicose veins to mar the beauty of your legs and compromise your health, uncross your legs every time you realise you have one knee on top of the other. The best way to sit is to simply place both legs together on the floor, balancing your weight equally. If you feel like changing position, instead of crossing your legs, simply move both legs together to one side. As an alternative, you could also consider crossing your legs loosely at the ankles. This is a classically elegant way to sit, and is far better for your legs and your health than sitting with your legs crossed at your knees.

Not changing our toothbrush : How often do you change your toothbrush? Most of us wait until most of the bristles have either fallen off, or are in such bad shape that we"d be embarrassed to pull out our brush in public. However, since not many of us need to pull out our brush in public, we carry on with our frayed one until we lose it. Replace your toothbrush often. Damaged bristles can harm the enamel, and don"t massage your gums well. If you find brushing your teeth a pain, but know you must do it, you might as well be doing it right. Imagine going through the annoyance of brushing your teeth twice a day only to find out that you"re damaging your enamel every time you clean your teeth. Also, use a brush with soft bristles unless your dentist has advised otherwise.

Eating out often : There are oils that are high in cholesterol, and oils that cause little harm and are better for your heart. However, no matter how light the oil is, it is never a good idea to eat too much of it. Avoid fried foods. Remember that in all probability your favourite Indian food restaurant throws a huge, HUGE chunk of butter in a tiny bowl of dal. Ritu, who worked in the kitchen of a 5 star hotel, was shocked when she saw the cook chop a 500gm butter slab in half, and throw half into a Paneer Makhani dish. No wonder the customers left licking their fingers. And no wonder they felt so stuffed and heavy afterwards. Limit outdoor eating unless you know that you"re getting served light and healthy food.

Skipping breakfast : Never, ever skip breakfast. Remember, when you wake up in the morning it"s been around 10-12 hours since your last meal. Your body needs food now, more than at any other time. Eat a heavy breakfast. You will then be busy through the day, and the calories will get expended quickly. If you are trying to diet, eat a light dinner. Here are some more common health mistakes we make. Being informed and making a few changes can help make us feel a whole lot better.

High heels : High heels sure look great, but they're murder for your back. This however doesn't mean you should steer clear of stilettos. Wear them, but not when you know you will be walking around a lot. Wear them when going out for lunch or dinner - when the only walking you will be doing is to your car, to the table, and back. Avoid high heels when you are going somewhere on foot. If you are constantly tempted to wear your heels, take a good look at your flats. Is there something about them you dislike? Invest in a new pair of beautiful flats or shoes with a low heel. Buy something you love, that you will enjoy wearing. If possible, get a matching bag. You will then enjoy your flats as much as you do your heels.

Sleeping on a soft bed : You don't have to sleep on the floor be kind to your back, but do make sure you have a firm mattress. Although a mattress on springs is soft and lovely to sink into, it's bad for your back. If you already have an old bed with springs, you don't need to invest in a new one - simply get a thick wooden plank put over the springs, and place the mattress on the plank. Similarly, if your mattress is old and lumpy, throw it out and get a new one. Your neck and your back will thank you. The same rule applies to sofas. If you will be spending hours on a sofa, get a firm yet comfortable one. Sofas you completely sink into are not the best idea.

Pillows : No matter how comfortable sleeping with ten cushions is, have pity on your neck and resist. Sleep with one pillow, and make sure it is not too thick. If your pillow gets lumpy, discard it and go for a new one. Get a thin pillow if you sleep on your stomach, and something a little thicker if you sleep on your back, to give your neck adequate support

Not exercising : So all of us know we should exercise more, but many of us don't. This is a health mistake we consciously make! And why is that? Simply because we refuse to admit the damage we are causing to our bodies by not working out. A number of people only start working out once they've experienced a warning signal. Don't wait for a heart attack to strike before you decide to opt for a lifestyle change. Make the change now. You don't need to train for the marathon to be in top shape. Half an hour of brisk walking three to four times a week will make a world of difference to your health. You could then increase this to forty minutes, four times a week - and you're all set. If you haven't exercised for a week, you're making a mistake. Shake your body for being active.

Can be a sign of heart trouble.

BLUE NAILS:
Bluish nail beds can be a sign of respiratory problems, such as emphysema or even asthma. A dark blue line in the nail can be a sign of skin cancer.

BRITTLE NAILS:
Signify possible iron deficiency and thyroid problems, impaired kidney function, and circulation problems.

BRITTLE, SOFT, SHINY NAILS WITHOUT A MOON:
May indicate an overactive thyroid.

CHIPPING, PEELING, CRACKING OR BREAKING NAILS:
Indicator of nutritional deficiency and insufficient hydrochloric acid and protein. Minerals are also needed.

DARKENING OF NAILS:
May be a sign of insufficient vitamin B12.

DARK LINES UNDER THE NAIL:

show a respiratory disorder such as emphysema or chronic bronchitis. ("Clubbing" with lung disorders is one condition of the nails that is recognized by Standard Medicine.)

PALE, WHITE NAIL BEDS:
Can be an indicator of anemia or liver problems.

PITS IN THE NAILS: Possible sign of psoriasis.

RED BEDS: a possible indicator of heart disease

REDDISH-BROWN SPOTS:
Can indicate a deficiency of folic acid, protein or vitamin.

RED LINES AT THE BASE OF THE NAIL FOLD:
Can be a possible sign of lupus or connective tissue disease.

RIDGES: Possible infection.

Vertical ridges can be caused by iron deficiency, poor absorption of vitamins and nutrients. They can be an indicator of overall poor health or they could be a sign of kidney trouble. Vertical ridges, as well as bumpy nails, can also indicate a tendency to develop arthritis. Ridges running horizontally across the nail can indicate physical or mental stress.

RIPPLING OF THE NAIL SURFACE: May indicate psoriasis or arthritis.

SPLITTING NAILS: may indicate hydrochloric acid deficiency.

VERTICAL RIDGES:
Not usually a cause for concern; however these ridges could be a sign of iron deficiency.

WHITE, PALE NAIL BEDS:
Can be an indicator of anemia or liver problems.

WHITE LINES ACROSS THE NAIL:
May indicate a liver disease, possible heart disease, high fever, or arsenic poisoning.

WHITE BANDS: Can indicate protein deficiency.

WHITE SPOTS: white spots or white lines could be symptoms of a serious disorder - but in most cases are caused by iron or zinc deficiency. To rule out a serious disease, it's best to see a doctor who should also test your levels of iron and zinc. Zinc supplements are found in any drugstore. Iron intake should be monitored by your physician.

YELLOW NAILS: Can indicate internal disorders long before other symptoms appear. Some of these are problems with the lymphatic system and liver disorders. Yellow, thick, slow-growing nails are a possible indicator of respiratory problems. Yellow-tinted nails with blue color at the base may be a sign of diabetes.

SUPPLEMENTS FOR HEALTHY NAILS:
Of all the nutritional supplements touted for treating nails that split, break, and peel, only one has gotten a universal thumbs-up from science: biotin. Biotin, a B-complex vitamin, has long been used to treat damaged hooves on horses. Since our nails are made of the same stuff (keratin), it turns out the vitamin works for us, too.

When dermatologists first put biotin to the test in humans nearly 20 years ago, they found that extra biotin intake could increase nail thickness up to 25 percent in women who had soft or brittle nails.

One study used 2.5 milligrams of biotin daily to help strengthen nails, which is quite a bit -- more than most diets and multivitamins contain.

So if you have soft nails, first ask your doctor how best to increase your biotin intake safely. Dr. mostly, recommend getting 300 micrograms of biotin each day.

However, your diet is always your best and safest source of vitamins and minerals, so if you want to strengthen your nails naturally, try eating more biotin-rich nuts (peanuts, filberts, cashews, and almonds), eggs, soybeans, tomatoes, sweet potatoes, fish (haddock and salmon), or vegetables like chard or carrots. But if your nails are still brittle, investigate a supplement with your doctor.

Tips for Strong, Healthy Nails
To strengthen your nails, avoid infections, and improve their appearance, try the following tips:
Keep your nails clean and dry.

Avoid nail-biting or picking.

Apply moisturizer to your nails and cuticles every day. Creams with urea, phospholipids, or lactic acid can help prevent cracking.

File your nails in one direction and round the tip slightly, rather than filing to a point.

Don't remove the cuticles or clean too deeply under your nails, which can lead to infection.

Don't dig out ingrown toenails. See a dermatologist if they become bothersome.

Avoid nail polish removers that contain acetone or formaldehyde.

Bring your own instruments if you get frequent manicures.

If you have artificial nails, check regularly for green discoloration (a sign of bacterial infection).

Eat a balanced diet and take vitamins containing biotin.

Finally, ask your doctor to take a look at your nails during your next checkup. Fox says this is becoming more routine "because the nails offer such a unique window into the health of our bodies."
